Robert Deon English, age 43, was born on August 9, 1982, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Robert and Latangelia English. Deon was a proud graduate of North Central High School, Class of 2000. Following graduation, he worked on ship barges while residing in Ciaro, Illinois, contracting within the waterway transportation system. Through hard work and determination, he built a life filled with meaningful experiences and lasting relationships. A man of many talents, Deon possessed a remarkable gift for creativity and self-expression. He was an accomplished artist who enjoyed drawing, painting, and creating digital designs. His creativity extended beyond visual art, as he also had a unique way with words. Whether writing rhymes, producing music, or pursuing his newest venture in podcasting, Deon continuously found ways to share his voice, ideas, and passion with the world. Known for his vibrant personality and infectious energy, Deon was truly the life of the party. He never met a stranger and had a special gift for making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and loved. His genuine hugs, warm smile, and heartfelt conversations left a lasting impression on all who crossed his path. Above all else, Deon cherished his family. He loved spending time surrounded by those he held dear and found great joy in creating memories with loved ones. Whether gathering for celebrations, sharing stories, or engaging in a spirited game of spades, Deon treasured every opportunity to connect with family and friends. Deon attended The Rock Missionary Baptist Church, where he enjoyed listening to the word. You could find Deon's bible, in the dashboard or in the front seat of his SUV. He entered eternal rest on June 9, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and unforgettable memories. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert English. He leaves to cherish his memory by his loving mother, Latangelia English; his brother and best friend, Keith English; his brother, Eric; his sisters, Denise Dawson and Erica Jurado; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives were enriched by his presence. Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in knowing that Deon's spirit, creativity, laughter, and love will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. "Your life was a blessing; your memory is a treasure. You are loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure."
