Sandra Louise Lee

Sandra “Sandi” Louise Lee was born in Indianapolis, IN, on October 6, 1959. She was born to Matthew Lee and Helen Harris Lee. She had a total of six siblings. She was the baby girl. She was the mother of three children Jaunelle Lee, Anthony Lee, and James Lee. Sandra was a firm believer in Christ and joined Phillips Temple CME Church in Indianapolis, IN where she attended with her children until she became ill. Sandra graduate from Arlington High School and later graduated from Kay’s Beauty School and received her cosmetology license. Years later she went on to pursue a certificate in medical assistance. Sandra had a heart for not only her children, but all children. She worked for Durham bus services where she was a bus monitor until she retired after becoming sick. Sandra (Sandi) had a smile that could light up a room, to know her was to love her! Her personality was so bright, and attitude was always positive. She was an amazing woman who loved her family. Her voice was amazing and she was always happy to share it. Some of her favorite artists were Lisa Stansfield, Teena Marie, Johnny Gill, and the list goes on. Sandra was also very gifted when it came to writing poetry. She loved to write about life and romance. She was a very fashionable woman who enjoyed getting dolled up, occasionally. Sandra was a stand up role model and an overall PHENOMENAL woman. Preceding her in death is her father Matthew Lee; her brother Matthew Lee (Butch); her sisters Marie (Ree) Lee, Doris (Denie) Lee; and granddaughter Ja’Mesha Lee. Sandra is survived by her mother, Helen Harris, Significant other: Willis Talley, Daughter: Jaunelle Lee, Sons: Anthony Lee (Michelle), James Lee; Grandkids: Victoria Lee-Byrd(Klayton), Christopher Lee, Ishiah Bethea, Dicimber Lee(DeArmond), Kyshau Lee, Jerron Lee, Camoory Lee, Matthew Lee, Seonni Lee, Janyiah Lee, James Lee, JaLiyah Lee, Jade Lee, Antwon Orr Great Grandkids: Jauvyion Lee, Nehemiah Lee, Legaci Byrd, Journei Byrd, Ishiah Bethea Jr, Azayla Bethea, Zyire Bishop, DeArmond Wadlington III, Siblings: Gregory Lee, Gary Lee, Glenn Lee and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
