Ann Eileen Turner

On August 21, 1946 John Isaac White Jr. and Ann Elizabeth White welcomed to this world Ann Eileen, On October 25, 2024 The Almighty Father in Heaven welcomed Ann back to Her eternal Home. She was preceded in death by both her ‘Lil’ Mudder and Daddy. Her memory will be forever cherished by her ‘Girls’ Dorothea Elizabeth (Michael) Nelson of North Carolina, Taja Renee (Pharoah) Sumlin of Texas, Joia Eileen Turner. Her four Grandchildren, Austin Jorell Isaac Hubbard, Victoria Elizabeth (Barry)Greene, Joshua Isaiah Fontaine Nelson and Chloe Janae Sumlin. Two and half Great Grandchildren, Olivia Elizabeth Greene, Jameson Jerome Greene and One on the way that she sooo looked forward to laying her eyes on and loving on like only a Great Grandmother could. Brother, John Isaac White III, Sister Delilah Elizabeth Smith and a host of Nephews, Nieces and Cousins. A student of St. Bridget Catholic School of whom she maintained friendships and fellowship. She attended Crispus Attucks High School where She was a Stellar Honor Student; Drum Majorette and a member of Junior Achievement. She continued her education at Wilmington University in Ohio. Later in adulthood she too attended Martin University in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ann had a brief stint in the Air Force where she received an Honorable Discharge due to injury. Ann’s employment history was extensive. She found joy in the impact she had on the youth during her time as a Howe High School Security Guard. Of Her many entrepreneurial endeavors; Real Estate seemed to be where she was most excited, because she was able to envision a beautiful home for she and her girls as she showed the different properties. Our Mother was a kind, loving, soft spoken Lady. Who loved her family, right wrong or indifferent. She was feisty; she would say what she meant and meant what she said but also would give the world to those she loved… especially her girls. She would light up and have the biggest smile seeing and talking to her grandchildren. Evidence of Mom’s love flowed through her girls and her grandchildren. And will continue to spread throughout the next generations.
